Where should we go???

I am planning a late summer trip in August with 6 of my friends. We are all single with no kids in our mid 30's. We want a house within walking distance to beach and town. We want to be able to have a fire on the beach, dinner at a great resturant and drinks at a bar. All in a short walk or drive. Does this place exist on the Cape?

Where should I look to rent?
