Location, location, location :)

Our wedding/honeymoon is in May and I have always wanted to visit Cape Cod. We have done several tropical getaways and are interested in doing something different. Is there a location in Cape Cod that encompasses everything the cape has to offer: sunsets, great beaches, good shopping/antiquing, nightlife, nature/bike trails, etc.? What are must dos if you visit the cape? Will the month of May still have a lot of activity available?
