The Red Pheasant in Dennis is by far one of the best fine dining restaurants on the Cape. The main dining rooms were an original boat barn, with wood floors and beams. There is a new, full bar that offers delicious, signature martinis along with an extensive wine list. The food is outstanding... from swordfish and sole to lamb and beef, you can't go wrong. There's also a bistro menu with lighter, less expensive fare for a more casual dinner. Don't miss this place on your visit!
