Best place to stay with two teenaged girls and one pre-teen girl!

My husband and I have three daughters...two teens and one pre-teen. Are there any nice resorts on the cape that have programs or things to do for teens? They get bored easily and we don't want to hear them complaining that there is nothing for them to do!! Thanks for any info!
